Volume pricing and account discounts
How account-level discounts work, where they show up, and how to ask for one if you order in volume.

Prices are per order and the same for everyone by default. For accounts that order in volume, we can set an account-level discount.
How a discount works
- It's a percentage, set on your account.
- It applies to every quote you see — one-time orders and rentals — and to what you're charged.
- Quotes show your discounted price, and the API returns it as
priceandprice_micros.
There are no automatic tiers or spend thresholds right now. Discounts are agreed case by case.
Note
Refunds always return exactly what you paid, discount included.
Asking for one
Email support@passcode.sh with:
- roughly how many orders you expect each month;
- the services and countries you need;
- whether you'll order through the API or the web app.
