This walks through one complete order in the web app. You'll need an account and a little balance.
Before you start
- An account. Sign in, or create one. During the beta, new sign-ups go through the waitlist.
- Balance. Orders are paid from a prepaid balance. Add funds on the Billing page — see Adding funds.
The flow
- Open the order console at /app.
- Search for the service you need a code for. Type its name, optionally followed by a country:
telegram, discord uk,whatsapp us. Small typos are fine. - Pick a quote. Each row is one country's offer, with its price, stock, success rate and typical delivery time. The top in-stock offer is marked as recommended — Understanding quotes explains how it's chosen.
- Buy it. The price is taken from your balance and a number is assigned within seconds.
- Use the number. Copy it with one click and paste it into the app or site that's asking for a phone number. Then ask that service to send the code.
- Watch for the code. The SMS appears on the order the moment it arrives, with the code highlighted and ready to copy. A countdown shows how long the number stays yours.
- Finish. Once you've entered the code, finish the order. Done.
Tip
If the form has its own country picker, choose the country there and type only the rest of the number — leave out the +1, +44 and so on.
If the code doesn't come
Nothing is lost. While no SMS has arrived you can cancel the order for a full refund, and if you do nothing it expires after 20 minutes and refunds itself. You don't need to keep the page open for that to happen.
I didn't receive a code has a checklist for getting it to work on the next try.
