Self-service deletion isn't available yet. To delete your account, email support@passcode.sh from the address you signed up with and ask for it to be deleted. We confirm by replying to that address, so we know the request really came from you.

Before you write

  • Check your balance. If there's money left, mention it in your email and we'll go through the options with you before anything is closed.
  • Let active orders and rentals finish, or cancel them. Anything still running when the account closes is ended.
  • Revoke your API keys and remove your webhook URL if you want integrations to stop straight away.
  • Move any account that relies on a rented number to a number you control. Once the rental ends, that number can eventually go to someone else.

What happens next

We close the account so it can no longer sign in, use the API or be charged, then delete the personal data we don't need to keep. Some records, such as payments and ledger entries, may have to be kept for a period for legal, tax and fraud-prevention reasons. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

Note

Closing an account can't be undone. If you might come back, you can simply stop using it — an account with no activity costs nothing.
